Process Automation

Process automation offers the ability to remove the manual effort and improve the quality of the information and information governance. The goal will be to reduce manual data exchanges between internal teams and with external suppliers, reduce manual checking (and the associated errors that are created).

Real-time Reporting

Having access to the most up to date information will support better decision making as well as reduce the effort on all sides to prepare, transmit and interpret manually created status information.

Data-Centric Design

The current design approaches use a very manual update/ check approach to design development (with some use of scripting to automate repeatable activities). The opportunity exists to move to a data-centric design approach where system validation is enabled, checking is done consistently across the full data set and data is brought together in a central digital asset platform.

Field Digitisation

The establishment of a digital approach to field activities has the potential to support the improved management of scope, a reduction in in-direct costs and a significant improvement in the speed and accuracy of progress reporting.
